1. About Big Box Sourcing
Big Box Sourcing is a B2B marketplace connecting buyers with manufacturers, wholesalers, exporters, and traders. We facilitate discovery and communication between buyers and suppliers; we are not a party to any transaction agreed between them.
2. Account Registration
Buyers and suppliers must provide accurate information when registering. Supplier accounts require a company profile; verification badges are granted only after document review by our admin team.
3. Listings and RFQs
Product listings and RFQs are reviewed by our team before becoming publicly visible. We may reject or remove listings and RFQs that are inaccurate, misleading, or violate these terms.
4. No Payment Guarantee
Big Box Sourcing does not process payments or guarantee the terms of any transaction between buyers and suppliers. Buyers and suppliers are responsible for negotiating and fulfilling their own commercial agreements.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not post spam, fraudulent listings or RFQs, or misrepresent their business. Accounts found in violation may be suspended or blocked.
6. Limitation of Liability
Big Box Sourcing is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for losses arising from transactions, communications, or listings between buyers and suppliers.
